It was my first return. It said it was shipping me the return label which I thought odd but okay. Then it said it was delivered but I didn't get it. So I contacted them and told them that and also asked why they couldn't just email me a label. They said sorry for the confusion but that's actually what they had done and sent me another one. But I had never gotten a first one that I could see. Hopefully things will go more smoothly in the future.
